@giovaela But mine is fine ;D
@MrMartis321 there is a possibility that this could be a type of spyware if found in the following folder: program filesmommom.exe.

I got a vrius and trojan just now. I don’t know anything about computers. My antivirus doesn’t detect any virus and trojans. I got this warning saying your computer is now infected. I don’t know what to do. What do I do so I know I got rid of the virus and trojans completely. You said to back up your computer. How do you do that?

hi i got a virus its called ”Spyware Protection” i cant open almost anything. I cant open taskmanger , regedit , cmd , msconfig nothing. I only can open my computer and internet. I have tried to ”open file location” and delete it but it wont let me. It wont let me open any other .exe files like malwarebytes either.
it says i have a trojen in my temp folder but i cant find and access that folder can anyone help?
I downloaded a file and my anti virus immediatly deleted it because it had a virus.
I use Nortin Antivirus
@slappymcgroundout [I use avast! virus protection]
@slappymcgroundout Yeah, my anti virus software is just finding it, not deleting it, something is actually wrong with my computer not that big of a deal more of an annoyance,
My computer is slower than it was lest say… A few months ago like in Augst- September.
I’ve actually heard of Malwarebytes. I thought it was a scam at first because of my first virus attack where they wanted me to get “Security Tool”
Can you send me a direct link? I don’t wanna run into a website thats harmful
@CpStandUps Okay, then you can’t use Combofix. That being said, is your antivirus dealing with the Trojan? Found it, but did it delete it? Is there anything actually wrong with the way your system is operating? You might do as I suggested for the other soul, download the free Malwarebytes, update, and then run a full scan. Run a full scan 1x per week. You can do it overnight, i.e., when you’re sleeping. Or when you’re going to be doing something else for about an hour. Continued…
@slappymcgroundout My anti virus sometimes reports this:
TROJAN HORSE FOUND!
And I have Windows Vista 7.
men i have 26 virus!
@CpStandUps For example, if you were infected with a certain malicious mass mailer, your anti-virus would identify the W32.Netsky.AB worm. Somewhere in the information line or box, whichever your anti-virus uses, it would have both the trojan/virus/worm info and the fact that the same is masquerading as csrss.exe. With the name of the trojan/virus/worm, much easier to determine how to rid your system of the same. So what is your anti-virus reporting? Also what version of Windows are you using?
@CpStandUps Next, how do you know that you have the two viruses? Usually, the anti-virus software will identify the virus by name, even if it is mimicking another file name, i.e., a virus is masquerading itself as csrss.exe (and so would find either two such files in the Windows/System32 folder or one csrss.exe there and another elsewhere. In either of those instances, the anti-virus software would identify the virus by its name. Continued…
@CpStandUps Csrss.exe, if found in the Windows/System32 folder and is the only instance of the same, is the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem and is an essential file. If csrss.exe is using high CPU when you right click an item then your user profile is corrupt and you will need to create a new user profile. Winlogon.exe is also found in the Windows/System32 folder. It is possible that a variant of Vundo might have attached to the file. Continued….
